Regional Resource Group brings together the best of technology and a professional assessment staff to offer a one-of-a-kind service to Massachusetts Boards of Assessors. Unlike revaluation companies that only provide mass appraisal services, RRG assists local assessors with every facet of their operation, from tax administration to mass appraisal to valuation appeals, we can put in place an affordable solution that guarantees professional results.

Now in our 6^th year, RRG has built a client base that extends from Lincoln in eastern Massachusetts to Egremont on the New York state line.  Our assignments range from building a new assessors office for Massachusetts ’ newest community at Devens, to specialized assignments like providing Appellate Tax Board support to the Wayland Board of Assessors.  A typical engagement has our team of assessment professionals complementing in-house administrative staff to provide office management and oversight, abatement review, interim and full revaluation with state value certification, ATB appeals, property inspections, day-to-day taxpayer issues support, and tax rate setting.
